Jefferson International University of Baptist Welcomes Amb. Adaeze Nneoma Obirieze-Nnamdi as Member of the Academic Advisory Committee
Jefferson International University of Baptist (JIUB) is honored to announce the appointment of **Amb. Adaeze Nneoma Obirieze-Nnamdi** as a Member of the University's Academic Advisory Committee.

Amb. Adaeze Nneoma Obirieze-Nnamdi is a highly respected Public Health Professional, Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, Educator, Humanitarian Leader, and Christian advocate whose life and career have been devoted to serving humanity through faith, education, health promotion, and social development.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Technology and a Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, she has established herself as a leader in public health, environmental sustainability, humanitarian service, and community empowerment. She is a Certified Public Health Technologist and Certified Environmental Professional recognized by both international and national professional bodies.
Throughout her distinguished career, Amb. Adaeze has earned numerous professional certifications from globally recognized institutions, including the World Bank Group, World Health Organization, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and several leading international development organizations.
Her passion for youth development and social impact led her to make history as the first Imo State Coordinator and the first female State Coordinator of the African Youth for Development Commission. In this role, she successfully led various youth empowerment initiatives, leadership programs, and community development projects aimed at creating sustainable positive change.
Amb. Adaeze's humanitarian contributions extend across numerous national and international organizations. She has served and collaborated with respected institutions including the United Nations Volunteers, World Health Organization (WHO), Mรฉdecins Sans Frontiรจres (Doctors Without Borders), Nigerian Red Cross Society, MTN Foundation, Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and several humanitarian and development-focused organizations dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities.
As the Founder of the Young Females Education and Empowerment Initiative (YFEEI), she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to empowering young women and girls through education, mentorship, leadership development, and personal growth. Through her work, countless young women have been inspired to pursue their dreams, discover their purpose, and contribute positively to society.
Her remarkable dedication to peacebuilding, humanitarian service, and international cooperation has earned her recognition as a Peace Ambassador for the World Dialogue Council (Vishv Samvad Parishad), India, and the Ad Hoc International Advisory Board of Goodwill Ambassadors (AHIAGBA). She is also a proud recipient of the prestigious Nelson Mandela International Humanitarian Medal, along with numerous leadership, humanitarian, and service awards.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amb. Adaeze is a devoted Christian whose faith serves as the foundation of her work and mission. She strongly believes in promoting hope, compassion, service, and transformation through practical action and meaningful community engagement. Her passion for mental health awareness, youth empowerment, female leadership development, education, and peacebuilding continues to positively impact lives across communities and nations.
