Jefferson International University of Baptist is seeking distinguished and passionate Professors to join our faculty and inspire the next generation of Christian leaders. As a Professor, you will be responsible for teaching, research, and service to the university community while embodying the Christian faith-based mission of Jefferson International University of Baptist.

This is a voluntary service position with honorarium provided to support your ministry and service to the university.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- • Teach courses in your area of expertise at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- • Develop and deliver engaging, quality course content and materials
- • Mentor and advise students in their academic and professional development
- • Conduct scholarly research and contribute to academic publications
- • Participate in curriculum review and program development
- • Serve on university committees and contribute to institutional governance
- • Engage in professional development and stay current in your field
- • Collaborate with colleagues on research and teaching initiatives
- • Contribute to the university's mission of Christian faith-based education
- • Provide service to the university and broader academic community
- • Supervise student research and capstone projects
- • Participate in academic conferences and professional networks
📌 Requirements & Qualifications
- • Doctoral degree in relevant field (PhD, EdD, ThD, or equivalent) required
- • Minimum of 7-10 years of teaching experience at the university level
- • Record of scholarly research, publications, and contributions to field
- • Experience with online teaching and curriculum development
- • Strong commitment to the Christian faith-based mission of Jefferson International University of Baptist
- • Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- • Ability to engage students in a remote learning environment
- • Experience with program development and assessment
- • Leadership experience in academic or professional settings
