This is a voluntary service position with honorarium provided to support your ministry and service to the university.

- • Teach courses in your area of expertise at the undergraduate and graduate levels

📌 Requirements & Qualifications
- • Doctoral degree in relevant field (PhD, EdD, ThD, or equivalent) required
- • Minimum of 2-4 years of teaching experience at the university level (or equivalent)
- • Experience with online teaching and course development preferred
- • Strong commitment to the Christian faith-based mission of Jefferson International University of Baptist
- • Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- • Record of scholarly research and publications (or potential for research)
- • Ability to engage students in a remote learning environment
