π Position Overview
Jefferson International University of Baptist is seeking an organized and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the Programme Director in managing academic programs and ensuring smooth program operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about higher education and student success.
You will work with faculty, students, and staff to support program delivery, manage course schedules, and ensure a positive learning experience for our global student body. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of Christian faith-based education at Jefferson International University of Baptist.
This is a voluntary service position with honorarium provided to support your ministry and service to the university.
π― Key Responsibilities
- β’ Support the Programme Director in managing academic programs
- β’ Coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments, and program resources
- β’ Assist with curriculum review and program development
- β’ Monitor program progress and student satisfaction
- β’ Manage program data and prepare reports
- β’ Support faculty in course delivery and instructional activities
- β’ Assist with program evaluations and quality improvement initiatives
- β’ Coordinate program events, meetings, and workshops
- β’ Maintain program documentation and records
- β’ Serve as a point of contact for students and faculty on program matters
- β’ Contribute to the implementation of new program initiatives
- β’ Support program accreditation and compliance activities
π Requirements & Qualifications
- β’ Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field required
- β’ Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in academic program coordination or administration
- β’ Strong organizational and project management skills
- β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software
- β’ Commitment to the Christian faith-based mission of Jefferson International University of Baptist
- β’ Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
- β’ Experience with online education platforms preferred
- β’ Knowledge of curriculum development and program assessment
