As a Global Business Developer, he is the Co-Founder of several continental and global organizations including ABWP Africa BRICS Women Platforms, SARDF South Africa Royalties Developments Foundations, and ACDC African Career Development Center. He serves as a Board Member of AKDA African Kingdom Diaspora Alliance and SACA South African Construction Award and Industry in Africa. He is also a Member of Council of the IUMA International University of Management and Administration in Benin and Tauranga University in New Zealand. His key focus areas include promoting tourism, culture, traditions, youth development, skills exchange, and empowerment of youth and women. Dr. Motebejane is the CEO of PCS Pastoral Counselling Services trading as Profound Consultant Services and also serves as Universal Program Director and Moderator for global events. In South Africa, he works as a Building Manager at UNISA and also serves as a Business Developer specializing in resource mobilization and strategic partnerships. As a motivational speaker and advisor to CEOs around the world, he has received numerous international and global awards for promoting tourism destinations across Africa.
