consultant, and environmental health and safety professional with extensive experience in
theology, transformational leadership, church development, and organizational management. He
holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Effective Leadership and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin),
complemented by advanced qualifications in theology, leadership, and environmental science.
His academic background reflects a multidisciplinary approach that integrates biblical
scholarship, leadership practice, and community development.
Dr. Kayombo serves in Christian ministry as a pastor, leadership trainer, and mentor, equipping
church leaders and emerging ministers through biblical teaching, discipleship, and leadership
development. Alongside his ministry, he has built a distinguished professional career in Health,
Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), contributing to major infrastructure and construction
projects while promoting excellence, compliance, and sustainable organizational practices.
