Bachelor of Worship Ministry (B.W.M.)
Program Overview
The Bachelor of Worship Ministry (B.W.M.) at Jefferson International University of Baptist (JIUB) is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate degree program designed to prepare students for dynamic leadership in worship ministry, music ministry, church leadership, and creative arts. The program combines biblical and theological education with worship leadership, music ministry, pastoral care, discipleship, leadership development, and practical ministry experience.
Students will develop a biblical understanding of worship while gaining practical skills in worship planning, vocal and instrumental leadership, choir direction, music theory, songwriting, worship technology, media ministry, and creative arts. The curriculum emphasizes spiritual formation, servant leadership, excellence in worship, and the integration of worship into the life and mission of the Church.
Through classroom instruction, worship practicums, ministry internships, live worship experiences, and community outreach, graduates will be equipped to lead congregations in authentic, Christ-centered worship and serve effectively in churches, Christian organizations, educational institutions, mission agencies, and global ministry settings.
The program prepares students to become spiritually mature, musically skilled, and biblically grounded worship leaders who inspire believers to glorify God through worship, service, and discipleship.

Eligibility
Applicants should have successfully completed Higher Secondary School (10+2) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the University.
