Program Overview
The Bachelor of Pastoral Ministry (B.P.M.) at Jefferson International University of Baptist (JIUB) is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program designed to prepare students for effective pastoral leadership, church ministry, and Christian service. The program combines sound biblical and theological education with practical ministry training, spiritual formation, leadership development, and pastoral care.
Students will develop a strong foundation in Scripture, Christian doctrine, preaching, counseling, discipleship, church administration, evangelism, missions, and leadership. Through classroom learning, ministry practicums, internships, and community outreach, students will gain the knowledge, skills, and spiritual maturity necessary to serve as faithful pastors and Christian leaders in churches, ministries, mission organizations, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations worldwide.
