The Bachelor of Ministry Leadership (B.M.L.) at Jefferson International University of Baptist (JIUB) is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program designed to develop effective Christian leaders for churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, mission agencies, educational institutions, and community development initiatives.
