Bachelor of Missional Studies (B.M.S.)
Program Overview
The Bachelor of Missional Studies (B.M.S.) at Jefferson International University of Baptist (JIUB) is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate degree program designed to prepare students to engage in Christ-centered mission, discipleship, community transformation, church planting, and global ministry. The program equips future Christian leaders with biblical knowledge, theological understanding, missional leadership, intercultural competence, and practical ministry skills to effectively serve diverse communities and fulfill the Great Commission.
The curriculum integrates biblical studies, theology, missiology, leadership, cultural anthropology, church planting, evangelism, community development, social justice, and strategic mission planning. Students will gain practical experience through ministry practicums, internships, field missions, leadership development, and community engagement projects that prepare them to minister in multicultural and global contexts.
