Mr. How brings to the Board a unique combination of hands-on operational leadership, international standards development, and higher education teaching.
His deep commitment to lifelong learning, workforce safety, and academic quality aligns closely with the mission of Jefferson International University.
Jonathan offers boards strategic expertise in occupational safety governance, technical standards adoption, professional certification, curriculum design, and industry-academia engagement.
He is experienced in translating regulatory requirements into implementable organisational systems, advising on risk management, workforce capability, compliance assurance, and quality assurance for vocational and higher-education programmes.
Dr. Emmanuel Whyte

Dr. Emmanuel Whyte (PhD) is the esteemed founder of the Dywhyte Group, recognized for his extensive academic and professional achievements.
Holding dual PhD in Finance and Public Administration, Dr. Whyte is both a distinguished academic, seasoned industry expert, and author of over 177 books.
With over 25 years of professional experience, he has developed deep expertise across multiple sectors including finance, aviation, banking, construction, and shipping.
As the CEO and President of the Dywhyte Group, he leads a diverse conglomerate of companies, driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Dr. Sarath Kumarasiri T.A.

Dr. Sarath Kumarasiri is a distinguished management and finance professional, as well as an accomplished educationalist, recognized for his deep commitment to results and impact.
His corporate career spans senior roles across leading organizations, including a global brand ranked among the world’s top 40 companies.
He was selected by a U.S.-based consultancy group as one of four team members to implement the Operations & Maintenance system for a landmark city project covering 880 square kilometres.
Following his tenure in the Middle East, Dr. Kumarasiri contributed to large and medium-scale organizations in Asia and Sri Lanka, serving in leadership roles such as Banker, Accountant, Senior Accountant, Consultant, Head of Marketing, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.
Transitioning into academia and professional development, he has contributed to numerous national and international academic programs and has educated over 50,000 participants worldwide.
He has supervised over 100 research projects and evaluated more than 3,000 postgraduate-level studies.
He has also conducted over 300 corporate training programs and served
as a Board Director of a leading professional institute in Sri Lanka.
