Jefferson International University of Baptist (JIUB) offers biblically grounded programs that equip students for Baptist Christian vocations. Each program integrates academic excellence, spiritual formation, and real-world ministry application.

Governance and Accreditation

JIUB is organized and governed as a religious institution. Our Board of Trustees and academic leadership consist exclusively of Christian leaders committed to advancing the Kingdom of God.

JIUB is exempt from licensure under Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes, as a religious institution. We are a faith-based organization whose educational offerings are exclusively focused on religious training and do not purport to offer degrees in secular or professional fields..

Our primary mission is to equip students for Christian service, ministry leadership, and global evangelism. Through a combination of academic study, spiritual formation, and practical ministry experience, we prepare individuals to faithfully serve in churches, mission fields, and faith-based organizations around the world.

Commitment to Religious Education

JIUB exists solely for religious and spiritual purposes. We are not a secular or career-focused school, and we do not offer programs outside the scope of ministry, theology, or Christian education.

Our institution is firmly anchored in the Word of God, and our sole mission is the advancement of biblical truth. Every course, program, and initiative is designed to deepen students’ understanding of Scripture and strengthen their commitment to Christ-centered living and service.
